MONEY

To achieve the financial goals you want in your life, or perhaps the ones you may have only dreamed of, you first have to clearly identify and decide which goals are most important and why they matter to you. Maybe it's that you want to stop living paycheque to paycheque and it's time to save a nest egg for you and your family. Or maybe you want to buy a new home or need a new car. Whatever the goal is you have to 1)decide that you've "Gotta Change Your Life" and then 2)by acting, you've "Gotta Change It"

RELATIONSHIPS

Developing and maintaining relationships is a life long commitment. Whatever your age or experience, your relationships will present you with new and demanding challenges. Whether it's relationships at work, spousal, parental, family, friends or just in society in general, we all have to find ways to get along. That's usually easier said than done as we are all uniquely different with different ideas and upbringings.

Often women lose themselves in relationships. They forget to take care of themselves when they get involved. Or maybe not truly knowing whom you are is the greatest struggle - the relationship with self.

Keep the following in mind:
Hold on to all that you are and all that you have become.
For these things are what make you unique.
Don't ignore what you feel and what you believe is right or important.
Your heart has a vay of speaking louder than your head
Get rid of negative people.

Surround yourself with positive people who believe in you and inspire you.

CAREER/PASSION

YOU HAVE THE POWER TO BE BOTH A DREAMER AND A DOER. TRUE SUCCESS DEPENDS ON BOTH

Always aim for the heavens. Even if you miss, you'll be among the stars.

The great Chinese philosopher Confuscious once said, "Our greatest glory is not in never falling but in rising every time we fall".

Define exactly what it is you want--and quickly move beyond wishful thinking. With a specific target insight, you map a specific couse of action--a map that will take you any place that you want to go.

HEALTH/WELL-BEING

It is essential to our well-being, and to our lives, that we plan and enjoy life. Every single day do something that makes your heart sing. Wieder Marcia

Every day, do one small thing for yourself, whatever it is. Do one thing that moves you toward the person you want to become.

Do something active every day. It doesn't have to be formal exercise just something that gets your body moving. Take the stairs instead of the elevator, go for a walk during your lunch break and dance to the radio while you make your breakfast in the morning. A little bit of activity will make a huge difference to you mentally and physically. Enjoy your life. Live, laugh and be happy
